What is your return policy?
We do not currently accept returns, unless the item arrived damaged. Please contact us if this happened and we'd be happy to help.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only deliver within the United States and it's territories.
Are all items on the website new?
Yes, all items are new with tags, unless otherwise noted on the description that they are new without tags. All items have been taken out of the bag for pictures and inspection, however they will be re-bagged before being shipped out. Most items will come in the original bag, however sometimes they may come in an un-branded clear cellophane bag if the original bag was damaged.
